REFUND POLICY
1. OUR COMMITMENT
At Cain Crafts, we stand behind every cardigan we make. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
2. 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 90-day guarantee covering manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, Cain Crafts will cover the cost of a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Exclusion: Promotional items or "free gifts" are provided "as-is" and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (U.S. CUSTOMERS)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for U.S. customers, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Return Shipping: For returns based on "change of mind" or "customer preference," the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color if available. Contact us first at caincrafts@outlook.com to confirm availability.
4. MANDATORY PROTOCOL FOR DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, you must email us at caincraftscontact@gmail.com with the following:
- 1. Your Order Number.
- 2. Evidence: Clear photos or videos of the exterior packaging (showing the shipping label) and the damaged item.
Note: We cannot process refunds or replacements without visual evidence verifying that the damage occurred during transit or is a manufacturer defect.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., special orders, custom sizing, personalized designs).
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the funds to your account.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing from Cain Crafts, the customer acknowledges that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production timelines, carrier delays, or high order volume. A delay in shipping does not constitute a valid reason for a chargeback. We provide valid tracking information for all orders. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered legally delivered. We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps or mailboxes after confirmed delivery.
8. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY
We actively monitor for return abuse and fraudulent chargeback activity. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback — on a delivered order, after receiving a replacement, or after a refund has already been issued — will be disputed with full documentation provided to the payment processor. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts engaged in fraudulent activity and pursue recovery of associated fees.
