SHIPPING POLICY

At Cain Crafts, we specialize in handcrafted, made-to-order cardigans. Unlike mass-produced items, every order undergoes a dedicated creation process to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following production and shipping timelines.


1. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTION PROCESS

Because our cardigans are made specifically for you, they require a multi-stage fulfillment process:

  • Processing & Design Review: 3–5 business days. (Reviewing order details, confirming sizing, and preparing the production layout.)
  • Handcrafted Production Phase: Up to 12–15 business days. This stage is mandatory. Each cardigan is individually assembled and quality-checked to ensure it meets our standards before shipment.
  • Quality Inspection: 1–2 business days.


2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES

Once the production phase is complete, your order is handed over to our logistics partners.

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days.
  • International Shipping & Transit: 8–12 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: Currently, due to high demand and the handcrafted nature of our products, the total estimated time from purchase to delivery is

25 to 35 business days.


3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number only after the Production Phase is complete and the package has been dispatched.

  • Note: It is normal for tracking numbers to show "Label Created" or "In Transit to Sorting Center" for several days while the package clears processing. This does not mean your order is lost.


4. DELAYS & HIGH DEMAND

Cain Crafts is a growing brand. During periods of extreme viral demand or global logistical congestion, timelines may be slightly extended. A delay within the 35-business-day window is a standard part of our handcrafted commitment and does not constitute a breach of contract or a valid reason for a refund or chargeback while the item is in production.


5. SHIPPING ACCURACY

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery site. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at caincrafts@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing your order.


6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and any safe-drop locations around your property.
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
  • If the package cannot be located, contact us at caincraftscontact@gmail.com and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Filing a chargeback for a delivered order is considered fraudulent and will be disputed with full carrier documentation.


7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)

For most orders to the USA, taxes are included at checkout. For international orders, the recipient is the "Importer of Record" and must comply with all local regulations and pay any unforeseen customs fees or handling charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are outside our control and are not covered by us.
